At Brisbane cleaning services, we believe in providing a consistent, reliable, and high-quality cleaning service. To ensure clear expectations and the best possible results, our team works through a structured cleaning checklist tailored to the agreed service.

Our checklist outlines the tasks included in your cleaning package, helping us maintain consistency, attention to detail, and transparency with every visit. It also identifies any exclusions or tasks outside the scope of the agreed service so that you know exactly what to expect.

We take pride in delivering a thorough and professional clean while respecting your property, your time, and your individual cleaning requirements.

Please note: Any additional tasks or requests outside the agreed checklist may need to be arranged separately and could incur an additional charge. We encourage all clients to review the inclusions and exclusions before the service to ensure expectations are clear and everyone is on the same page.

INCLUSIONS

❋ KITCHEN – INCLUDED

  • Wash all countertops and surfaces

  • Clean cooktop, grill and rangehood

  • Clean sink and taps (including descaling)

  • Clean cupboards inside and out (excluding top of cupboards)

  • Clean windows, window sills/tracks, door frames and fly screens (internal & reachable external)

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Walls: Wall Spot Clean only. Deep Cleaning (additional charges will apply)

❋ LIVING / DINING / BEDROOMS – INCLUDED

  • Dust and wipe all surfaces

  • Clean mirrors

  • Dust fans

  • Clean cupboards and wardrobes

  • Dust and clean skirting boards

  • Vacuum and wash floors

  • Clean windows, window sills/tracks and door frames (internal & reachable external)

  • Walls: Wall Spot Clean only. Deep Cleaning (additional charges will apply)

❋ BATHROOM – INCLUDED

  • Clean sink, toilet and bath (including taps)

  • Clean tiles manually

  • Clean all surface areas, shower rails and mirrors

  • Complete clean of shower recess including tiles, taps, screen and plug holes

  • Complete clean of vanity, shelves and mirrors

  • Complete clean of toilet

  • Clean exhaust fan (remove dust and grime)

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Walls: Wall Spot Clean only. Deep Cleaning (additional charges will apply)

EXCLUSIONS

  • Blinds: Excluded

  • Balcony with large glass panels: Excluded

  • Walls, ceiling or carpets in really bad condition, too many marks or stains

  • large rubbish that needs to be removed

  • Mattress, sofa and rug in really bad condition, too many marks or stains

  • Carpet steam cleaning unless specifically quoted

  • External windows not reachable from inside

  • Heavy mould treatment

  • Construction or trade dust

A standard bond clean includes general cleaning only. Any additional services required due to the condition of the property will be quoted and charged separately

  • Sweep and mop only

  • Remove cobwebs

❋ LAUNDRY – INCLUDED

  • Clean all tiles

  • Complete clean of wash tub

  • Clean inside and outside of dryer, remove lint

❋ BALCONY / GARAGE – INCLUDED
